This Privacy Policy explains how Promivly (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information in connection with our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Promivly, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

  • Account & Profile: name, email, password hashes, authentication identifiers, plan tier.
  • Workspace Content: events, descriptions, images/posters, campaigns, templates, recipient lists, delivery logs.
  • Usage & Device Data: app interactions, feature usage, timestamps, IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, referrers.
  • Transactional & Billing: subscription status, plan, payment method tokens (handled by our payment processor), invoices, refunds.
  • Cookies & Similar Tech: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and secure the Services.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (events, contacts, email campaigns).
  • Process AI-assisted features (e.g., generate content, summaries, and templates).

You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and appropriateness before use. Do not use AI features to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content. We may restrict or suspend accounts for misuse.

6. How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: hosting, storage/CDN, analytics, email delivery, customer support, authentication, and payments (e.g., email delivery vendors; payment processors).
  • AI Providers: to power content generation and related features under appropriate agreements.
  • Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, enforce Terms, or protect rights, property, safety.
  • Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We may share limited data for advertising/analytics as permitted by law and your settings.

We use trusted vendors to run Promivly. Depending on your plan and features used, typical providers may include:

  • Cloud hosting & databases

  • Authentication & session management
  • Payment processing & billing
  • AI model providers for generation features

We contractually require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments from our providers.

16. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
